1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

• Domestic (Bangladesh): 2–5 business days

• International: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

4. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their local authorities.
Nogorshilpo is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Delays or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact support@nogorshilpo.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee address modifications.
