1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Return

  • Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Approved returns will include a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used caps

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items and gift cards

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banking delays may take additional time.

5. Exchanges

To exchange a cap for a different size or color, return your original item and place a new order once approved.
