1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• You have 3 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. How to Return
Follow these simple steps to return your item:

• Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Approved returns will include a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized items
• Sale items and gift cards
4. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Please note that banking delays may take additional time depending on your provider.

5. Exchanges
To exchange a cap for a different size or color, please return your original item following the steps above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory for all our customers.
